Service provider and contact

Desppos provides the service under the MedicaliX brand. Its address, phone number and contact email appear on this page. Support, billing inquiries, privacy and cancellation requests may be sent to contacto@medicalix.com.mx.

Platform scope

MedicaliX supports appointments, patients, teams, treatment rooms, treatments, records, documents, estimates and payment records according to purchased features. Clinical decisions, prescriptions and emergency care remain the professional’s responsibility. The platform does not guarantee therapeutic outcomes. Future features and mobile apps are available only once published and enabled.

Accounts and users

The contracting person must be an adult with capacity to contract or represent the clinic, provide accurate details and keep them updated. Email verification does not certify professional qualifications. Clinic administrators assign and remove permissions; each user protects credentials and reports suspicious access. Patient access is limited to authorized personal information; the clinic verifies representation of minors.

Plans and individual monthly payments

Before confirmation, the plan, limits, total amount, currency, applicable taxes, period and payment method are presented. Accepted conditions form part of the contract. An individual monthly payment authorizes only that transaction and does not itself enable automatic charges. Available methods depend on country and currency; third-party bank conversion rates or fees should be checked with that bank.

Recurring subscriptions

Recurring payments require express informed authorization of the amount, frequency and charge date. Desppos will notify automatic renewals at least five calendar days beforehand and allow cancellation without penalty. Payments managed through an app store are also governed by that store’s channel and terms; mentioning a method does not make it available before it is enabled.

Payment verification and access

Paid access starts after the transaction is confirmed with the provider. An attempt, browser redirect or pending payment is not approval. If coverage expires or payment is declined, plan features may be restricted until resolved. Suspension does not authorize duplicate charges or automatically delete records. Payments to clinics for treatment are separate from MedicaliX subscriptions.

Plan changes

Plan changes depend on the options enabled for MedicaliX. The amount, term and limits will be shown before acceptance; automatic proration or refunds are not promised. If no control is available, request the change at contacto@medicalix.com.mx. Records are not deleted for exceeding a limit.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel future charges, use the payment provider’s cancellation control when available, or email contacto@medicalix.com.mx. Cancellation and the end of paid coverage will be confirmed. No additional purchase, mandatory phone call or penalty is required.

Cancellation does not itself refund a period actually provided. This does not exclude legally required refunds, compensation, withdrawal rights or other remedies, or correction of duplicate, unauthorized or post-cancellation charges. You may raise disputes with your bank, provider or competent authority.

Records and clinic duties

The clinic determines care purposes, informs patients and documents necessary legal bases and consents. It retains rights over its content; patients retain rights over their data. Uploading information does not transfer ownership to Desppos or permit its sale. Professionals review documents, prescriptions and consents before use, verify optimized images’ diagnostic quality and retain originals when needed.

Processing on the clinic’s behalf

Desppos processes clinical data under documented lawful instructions to provide the service. Staff and providers must maintain confidentiality and limited access. Assistance will be provided with rights requests, incidents and information return or deletion. Locations, subprocessors, transfers and retention are documented with the clinic. Additional applicable requirements must be met before processing; these terms alone do not certify healthcare or international compliance.

Email, WhatsApp and calendars

The clinic selects communications, checks recipients and obtains required authorizations, limiting content to what is necessary. Third-party channels have their own terms; scheduling or sending does not guarantee receipt or reading. They are not the sole channel for emergencies. Optional communications must allow changes of channel or unsubscribing.

Permitted use and intellectual property

The plan provides a usage licence during its term and within its limits. Desppos and the relevant owners retain rights over software, brands and resources; the clinic retains rights over its logo and content. Fraud, access to other clinics, bypassing controls, malware, unlawful uses or uses harming security or availability are prohibited, without restricting rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Support and liability

Support is requested through the contact email. Significant outages and scheduled maintenance will be communicated through available channels. Any guaranteed service level must be stated in the contract. Each party is responsible for breaches attributable to it; clinical responsibility does not remove Desppos’s service and data duties. Nonwaivable liabilities or rights are not excluded.

Closure, retrieval and retention

Before closure, clinics may retrieve information through available exports or request assistance by email. Authority is verified and a secure channel used. Closure does not require immediate deletion: lawful instructions, mandatory retention and outstanding liabilities are respected. Clinics must ensure record retention—in Mexico, at least five years after the last medical act under NOM-004-SSA3-2012—through retrieval or an agreed service; free post-cancellation hosting is not promised.

Versions, law and acceptance

Acceptance requires affirmative action linked to the version presented and the account. Material changes to prices, recurring payments or rights are disclosed before application and require the applicable acceptance; they do not authorize retroactive charges. Mexican law applies without excluding mandatory rules, authorities or rights in other jurisdictions. Translations aid understanding and do not remove those rights. You may approach PROFECO, data authorities or courts without first exhausting support. Acceptance of terms, privacy information, advertising consent and recurring-payment authorization are separate acts.
